Balconi Lemon Wafers

Balconi has been making snacks and cakes in Milan, Italy, since 1953. Their products are good. Seriously good.  

Stock Boy's Hot-Take:  This isn't you ordinary wafer. The difference is in the seasoning. This wafer has the slightest taste of salt. It enhances and explodes with fresh lemon! These flavors coupled with a great crunch make these the best wafers we have ever tasted. Yes, we wrote this for the vanilla one too but its true. So yeah.
